NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Strafford County Legislative Delegation Executive Committee is scheduled to be held Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Strafford County William A. Grimes Justice and Administration Building, Cafe Conference Room, Lower Level, 259 County Farm Road, Dover, New Hampshire. This meeting will require a physical quorum, but will provide remote access for the public via Zoom as noted above, to conduct the following business:
1. Approve Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting of May 16, 2025
2. Discuss Commissioners’ Proposed Supplemental Appropriation to the 2025 Strafford County Budget in the Amount of $1,442,531
3. Discuss Commissioners’ Proposed Increase in the Amount to be Raised by Taxes on the Strafford County 2025 Budget from $41,995,908 to $43,438,439
4. Discuss Commissioners’ Proposed 3rd Round of Tax Anticipation Note Borrowing up to the Amount of $1,442,531 in 2025
5. Discuss Commissioners’ Proposed Revenue Anticipation Borrowing up to the amount of $6,962,000
6. Any Other Business Which May Legally Come Before the Committee at that Time
