NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Strafford County Legislative Delegation Executive Committee is scheduled to be held Friday, February 20, 2026, 9:00 a.m., with a snow date of Friday, February 27, 2026, 9:00 a.m. This meeting will require a physical quorum but will provide remote access for the public and will be held as noted above in the Café Conference Room, Lower Level of the William A. Grimes Justice and Administration Building, 259 County Farm Road, Dover, NH to conduct the following business:

• Review Commissioners’ Proposed 2026 Budget
  • Hear Delegation Subcommittee Reports & Recommendations from all Subcommittee Chairmen
  • Vote to Approve Recommendations for Full Delegation Meeting on March 4, 2026, 7:00 p.m.
  • Discuss and Vote on the 2027-2028 Elected Officials Salaries
  • Discuss and Nominate Candidate for the Strafford County Pease Development Authority Representative Position
  • Approve Executive Committee Meeting Minutes of December 5, 2025
  • Any other business which may legally come before the Executive Committee
