NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Strafford County Delegation Executive Committee is scheduled to be held Friday, May 8, 2026, 9:00 a.m. This meeting will require a physical quorum but will provide remote access for the public and will be held as noted above in the Café Conference Room, Lower Level of the William A. Grimes Justice and Administration Building, 259 County Farm Road, Dover, New Hampshire, to conduct the following business:

• Approve Minutes of Executive Committee Meeting of February 20, 2026
• Approve 2nd Round of Tax Anticipation Note Borrowing of up to $16,000,000 for 2026
• Review and Approve First Quarter 2026 Budget Report (Click this link to view or download the report)
• Approve Distribution of Previously Approved Salary Schedules for the Union Contracts and Non-Union Agreement to the Appropriate Budgetary Line-Item as Per Document Entitled “Strafford County 2026 Line-Item Transfers”
• Any Other Business Which May Legally Come Before the Committee
