NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Strafford County Delegation Executive Committee is scheduled to be held Friday, May 16, 2025, 9:00 a.m. This meeting will require a physical quorum but will provide remote access for the public and will be held as noted above in the Café Conference Room, Lower Level of the William A. Grimes Justice and Administration Building, 259 County Farm Road, Dover, New Hampshire, to conduct the following business:

• Approve Minutes of Executive Committee Meeting of March 7, 2025
• Approve 2nd Round of Tax Anticipation Note Borrowing of up to $17,980,000 for 2025
• Review and Approve First Quarter 2025 Budget Report
• Approve Distribution of Previously Approved Salary Schedules for the Union Contracts and Non-Union Agreement to the Appropriate Budgetary Line-Item as Per Document Entitled “Strafford County 2025 Line-Item Transfers”
• Any Other Business Which May Legally Come Before the Committee
